MMS - Another Way of Treating Acne

For many teenagers and indeed adults, is a recurring problem and the source of a lot of angst and stress. Many people will try various treatments, and listen to people telling them stories such as toothpaste left on the zits overnight will do the trick. When in actual fact, everyone is different, and what works for some people might not work for another, as we all have different skin types. I know when I was younger, I didn't have such an issue with acne but my brother had a sever case at one point, and had to take antiobiotics to fend off the zits.

Oral retinoids are another popular treatment for acne, as a means of controlling the oil secretions through the sebaceous glands. Usually people can take the medicine for 4-6 months. However, another way of treating serious acne is to use Jim Humble's miracle mineral solution, which can be dabbed onto the skin, after it's been activated using the citric acid activator kit. People often find that using MMS does the trick of getting rid of acne, and even sever cases of it, very nicely.

We're still running our christmas specials of $89.99 for a family pack, plus 5 free activator kits, so be sure to place your order in before the end of december to secure your pack at this price.

Why people are looking towards alternative medicine

There has been an overwhelming trend in recent years, that more and more are distrusting the large pharmaceutical companies and their monopolies over the drug market. Furthermore, many people are scared about the side-effects they might experience from taking certain pharmaceutical drugs. Even though, there is usually rigorous testing before drugs are released onto the market, synthetic chemicals will always have different reactions to different peoples' body systems. This is why in recent years, people have been looking more and more to alternative medicines and ancient remedies to cure their illnesses and ailments. As more and more information is coming to light about these remedies it is enlightening others who for too long have been reliant on pharmaceutical drugs that are just having a placebo effect and not getting to the root cause of the disease/illness.
Jim Humble's Miracle Mineral Solution has its roots firmly placed in natural minerals and ingredients, and this is one of the reasons why it is highly effective. It's also because of the way the ingredients react with the citric acid activator to destroy harmful radicals present in the bloodstream and effectively destroying the root cause of the illness/disease. Of course, it's going to take a while before people start realizing the true benefits of implementing alternative health remedies and medicines.

What is Chlorine Dioxide?

When the MMS solution is mixed in the right proportions with vinegar and citric acid (following Jim Humble's Protocols) a compound known as chlorine dioxide is formed. Prominent uses of chlorine dioxide has been used in water treatment, oral hygienic treatment, and most recently in oral supplementation.

Chlorine dioxide has been put to good to use in recent catastrophes such as a principal decontamination agent following the US anthrax attacks in 2001, following the devastation that Hurricane Katrina left in 2005 chlorine dioxide was used to eradicate harmful mold from houses following the flooding that ensued.

Generally speaking, Chlorine dioxide is a better disinfectant that chlorine and better at fighting water-borne pathogenic microbes, such as viruses, bacteria and so forth. Chlorine dioxide and chlorine, however have different properties, and should not be confused. Chlorine dioxide is the compound that chlorine forms from combining with two oxygen atoms, whereas chlorine is the element. For many years now chlorine dioxide has been preferred over chlorine, by cleaning agencies and local authorities for water treatment and is preferred because it is less corrosive, and more effective at destroying water-borne pathogenic microbes.

To find out about more chlorine dioxide and how it relates to MMS, you'll find the information in the free ebook here:

How to activate the MMS solution

When people are looking to buy MMS to treat ailments and illnesses and looking to buy online they might be somewhat baffled by what's offered on the market. The MMS professional grade solution is not enough to treat the illnesses, in order for it to work it must be activated by a citric acid solution. The exact protocol will differ according to the type of illness being treated, you can find a range of different protocols on the Jim Humble website. It's necessary to buy these activator kits which are usually only a couple of dollars each to make up a solution which can be digested easily. Currently, we have a special offer on with our Family packs so if you're interested in getting free activator kits then go here to take advantage of this special offer for a limited period only.

Other names MMS is labelled under

A little diligent research online, shows that the MMS may be marketed as a few different names, some of these include Miracle Mineral Supplement, Miracle Mineral Solution(s) and Water Purification Drops. Initially, when MMS first came out on the market it was allowed to be labelled as a Miracle Mineral Supplement. However, the FDA then changed its mind and decided that it shouldn't be advertised as a supplement (perhaps they were scared that it would be too mass-marketable, and the little guys would start making too much money? Who knows the real reason behind their decision). Anyway, suppliers then had to change the name to Miracle Mineral Solution(s) to appease the FDA. Now, they are saying because it contains chlorine dioxide, MMS should be termed as Water Purification Drops. Confused? I know I am, I just can't keep up with all these name changes just as soon as I get used to one, they go and change the name again. For now, I have seen plenty of other suppliers still sell MMS as a Miracle Mineral Supplement, and no one has taken their sites down - so I assume it must be still okay to keep selling it as this. As for me, I will try to comply with the correct branding names, as long as I'm kept abreast of them!

Scepticism about MMS

There is indeed much scepticism about MMS and what it can actually do for people. Of course, like with any new medicine there's always going to be questions about how it works and what the side-effects are from taking it. It's therefore my recommendation that when people are researching online about MMS to read all the facts and information, contact the testimonials and find out if the miracle mineral solution really does provide a cure against some of nature's worst known disease. There is absolutely no harm in gathering evidence and information before reaching a conclusion. It should be noted that a lot of people like to sound like medical experts when they give advice online, even though they're purely just adding their untrained and unqualified 2 cents worth into the mix. So it's best to read some of the comments on the forums relating to MMS with a pinch of salt, or asking yourself just how qualified are these people to make these statements. Thus, as Jim Humble himself says it's better to consult medical professionals and ask for their expert advice, rather than follow the advice of someone on a forum.

MMS dosage

As per the Jim Humble website, it's highly recommended that one MMS drop should be used with five drops of one of the food acids, either: unfiltered vinegar, fresh lemon or lime juice, or citric acid solution (at 10% strength).

To make the citric acid solution you should use a clean pint bottle with a screw-on lid. Then Add 1 level tablespoon of citric acid powder and 9 tablespoons of water to make the solution. Then this should be repeated again if the bottle will hold it. Then you should shake and store it in a screwed lid jar. You can then refrigerate the solution to extend the life of solution and to prevent it thickening. You'll find that citric acid powder is available in most drug stores, thus enabling you to mix your own 10% liquid for storage.

In a cup or small glass you should always mix 5 drops of one of those food acids to each one drop of MMS in this exact ratio. Then swirl and wait at least 3 minutes, before adding 1/3 to 2/3 to a full glass of water or thinned juice (but without any vitamin C) - and then you can drink it. (You can expand the 3 minutes to 10 minutes, if necessary, but no longer than this.) After adding the juice or water you should drink it immediately, but you may want to drink some, then wait as long as 30 minutes before drinking the remainder so that you won't lose too much of the beneficial ClO2 gas.

MMS Education

For many it can be difficult disseminating the information found on the internet and finding out what's accurate and what's not. This is why it's important to get the lowdown on Jim Humble's miracle mineral solution before any action or decision is made. There are variety of educational resources you can find online. Worth checking out is Understanding MMS: Conversations with Jim Humble on DVD for a full length interview with the man himself and an in-depth explanation of what MMS is and what it can do for you.

Also, highly if you're after a good read from an independent doctor be sure to buy a copy of MMS: What You and You're Loved Ones Need to Know by Dr. Larry Smith. This goes into further detail about the protocols for MMS and how effective it can be at treating various ailments.

MMS Helps Freedom Fighters in Burma

The KNLA, otherwise known as Freedom Fighters in Myanmar/Burma have started to use MMS for the treatment of malaria. They threat from malaria in this part of South East Asia is said to be more deadly than the opposition forces. Some of the profits that resellers of MMS have made have been put back into supporting more supplies of MMS to be sent to Myanmar, with your help we can continue to do this. At present the supplies the KNLA of Jim Humble's MMS are limited, and they are in need of more help and support.

The people's plight in Burma has been bought to the world press attentions in recent months and years following the monk's protests and the continued house arrest of Aung San Suu Kyi - where the Burmese military officials have just recently extended her house for another 18 months in order to protect forthcoming elections in 2010. Every day people are dying in the struggle for their freedom. If you would like to read more about the KNLA, Burma's Freedom Fighters and how they are using MMS to combat malaria, the KNLA website has further documents you can download: http://www.knla.meabs.com/knla_information.html

Controversy about MMS as a miracle solution

You may have read that the creator of MMS, Jim Humble has asked all resellers of the product(s) to stop listing it as a miracle mineral supplement. This is because of a ruling the FDA made, that forbids the listing of the miracle mineral solution as a health supplement. It cannot be claimed as this. Instead it should be listed as Water Purification Drops, or left advertised as the Miracle Mineral Solution(s). I found this change absolutely ridiculous, but unfortunately all resellers must comply with this ruling, or face the threat of their website being taken down.

So it seems that websites owners selling MMS products have very little choice but to bit the bullet and rename their products until something is sorted out by the FDA and Jim Humble.  The reason why this name change has come about is down to MMS constinuents, being that of sodium chlorite, and chlorine dioxide. The constituents have been typically used as water purification agents in the past and so cannot be claimed to have any associated health benefits in the realms of health supplements. As more and more people are finding out about MMS and trying it for themselves, hopefully the wording will be changed back to a health supplement. But, for now we must all comply with what the FDA states.

Info about MMS

You may have come across what some are calling a Miracle Mineral Supplement on the internet already.
It was founded and developed by Jim Humble, who was a miner before discovering this breakthrough in health solutions. What MMS basically is, is a water purification agent. I have composed a whole site answering common questions about Jim Humble's Miracle Mineral Solution, and information on where you can find educational MMS professional grade products.

In the meantime I will update this blog, as and when I can regarding protocols related to MMS and current information I have to hand on its extended uses. Please refer to my main site for more information:
